Scope of Work:
Provide all labor, equipment and materials to perform:
1. Abate approximately 22,400 sq. ft. of asbestos containing material
2. Abate approximately 22,400 sq. ft. of lead based paint
3. Abate approxiamtely 22,400 sq. ft. of insulation
4. Abate animal wastes (including pigeon), ACM pipe elbows, and other hazardous items

Prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures.
